Safflower Oil – A non-greasy oil hat can help promote collagen synthesis, contributing to skin elasticity and firmness. Regular use of safflower oil can assist in preventing and alleviating dry skin.  Non-comedongenic

Shea Butter – An excellent remedy for dry and chapped skin, providing rapid relief and promoting healing.  Rich in vitamins, including A and E known to promote healthy skin turnover and regeneration.  Non-comedongenic

Jojoba Oil – Jojoba oil resembles the natural oils produced by the skin, making it an excellent moisturizer. It can balance oil production and keeps the skin hydrated but no greasy.  It promotes a smoother and more youthful-looking complexion.  Non-comedongenic

Cetearyl Olivate (and) Sorbitan Olivate – A natural olive oil-derived emulsifying agent.  Very gentle on the skin contributing to the moisturizing effect of skincare products. It helps to lock in moisture, leaving the skin feeling soft and hydrated.

Stearic Acid – A thickening agent derived from vegetable oils contributes to the conditioning properties of skincare products, leaving the skin feeling soft and supple. It can be particularly beneficial in formulations designed for dry or rough skin.

Glycerine-  Glycerine is derived vegetable oils and offers several benefits when included in skincare formulations. It is a humectant attracting moisture from the air. It helps to draw water into the outer layer of the skin, keeping it hydrated and preventing dryness.

Gluconolactone and Sodium Benzoate – A mild, all-natural, broad-spectrum preservative system used in “clean” beauty skincare formulas.  It helps prevent microbial contamination and has antioxidant properties to provide protection against oxidative skin damage.

Sodium Citrate – Derived from citric acid, which is found naturally in citrus fruits is used as a pH regulator in skincare products. It helps stabilize and control the pH levels ensuring they fall within the desired range critical for the effectiveness and stability of the formula.

Vitamin E –  A potent antioxidant that helps protect the skin from damage caused by free radicals. Antioxidants neutralize these free radicals, helping to prevent premature aging of the skin.  Vitamin E also helps maintain the formula’s efficacy and integrity over time.
