Coconut oil – Known for its strong cleansing properties, coconut oil makes a hard bar of soap so it lasts longer and adds to the fluffy lather this soap creates. It also has natural antibacterial qualities
Cocoa butter – Is highly moisturizing and helps to soften and hydrate the skin making it suitable for those with dry or sensitive skin.
Shea butter – Makes our soaps intensely hydrating and conditioning for overall improved skin texture by softening and smoothing the skin. Shea butter also has anti-inflammatory properties.
Soybean oil – Provides mild cleansing action making it suitable for individuals with sensitive or delicate skin and by removing dirt and impurities without overly stripping the skin of its natural oils which can be particularly beneficial for those with dry or mature skin.
Safflower oil – High in linoleic acid known for its moisturizing properties adding to the soap’s ability to hydrate and nourish the skin, leaving it feeling soft and supple.
Babassu oil – Does it all, despite its strong cleansing abilities, babassu oil is also moisturizing. It also adds to the hardness of the bar and provides a this stable fluffy lather.
Litsea cubeba essential oil – Also know as tropical verbena has a strong lemon-like fragrance. It is bright, citrusy, and reminiscent of fresh lemon or lemongrass. It also has a sweet and fruity quality to the scent. Commonly used in aromatherapy for its uplifting, clean and refreshing qualities.
Lemon Verbena Leaves – We grow our own lemon verbena right in the backyard. The leaves are dried, ground up and infused into the oils above adding to the aroma, texture and color of this soap.
